Rachael is a Psychotherapist and Mental Health Occupational Therapist registered with AHPRA. She is also an endorsed Better Access to Mental Health (BAMH) provider and NDIS clinician, specialising in women's mental health and disability.

Since completing her mental health internship, Rachael has worked across community, inpatient, forensic and psychosocial rehabilitation settings. She has a special interest in psychosis, with over four years experience working in a specialist centre for psychosis treatment and recovery.

Rachael is also a certified Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) practitioner with the Australian DBT Institute and has completed formal training in the provision of both Schema Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Rachael is a strong advocate for normalising therapy as an act of self-care and self-discovery, and applies many of the skills she teaches in her own life.

Rachael sees females across the lifespan, with a focus on:

  • Mood Disorder

  • Personality Disorder

  • Disability

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Psychosis

Rachael is able to provide plan-directed therapy to self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. She is also available for Functional Capacity Assessments upon request.
