Integrating elements of schema therapy, attachment theory and cognitive behavioural therapy, his approach is grounded, collaborative, and focused on helping clients better understand longstanding emotional patterns while developing greater clarity, self awareness and making meaningful change.
His professional background spans more than 15 years working across Adult Mental Health Services, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Services (PIMHS), providing a broad understanding of emotional wellbeing and relationships across the lifespan.
Alongside Nursing and Private Practice, Chris contributes to teaching in the area of perinatal and infant mental health.
He works particularly well with clients experiencing:
